- Bus fees are calculated on an “Academic-Year” basis and charged termly, 3 times per year.
- Billing will take place 3 times per year (July, November, & March).
- There will be no bus registration fee for the 2024-25 Academic School Year.
- Cancelling bus service must be preceded by at least a 30-day notification to the Student Services department (by or before the 5th of the previous month). The School Bus Cancellation Request Form needs to be submitted to the Student Services department.
- Requests received after the 5th of the current month will not be processed for the following month but for the month after.
- A Credit Note will be raised for any unused payments. The Credit will be applied to any current open invoices or to the following School Term Invoice.
- A Cash Refund will only be provided for families who are departing from OWIS Osaka.
- Changing the bus stop is NOT permitted during the current term but is allowed from the following term with proper notification.
Changing the bus stop must be preceded by at least a 30-day notification to the Student Services department (by or before the first day of the last month of the current term). Another bus registration form needs to be submitted to the Student Services department.
